Dustin Swinney was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and is the current owner of Fitness by Fronk. As an evolving trainer, he has worked under the elite tutelage of Jeffrey Fronk for more than seven years, and helped hundreds of people reach and work hard toward their goals. He has been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years with credentials as Titleist Golf Performance Specialist Level 1 & 2, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and National Academy of Sports Medicine Weight Loss specialist.
Dustin loves helping golfers improve their game through specifically tailored programs built for their needs, and continue to believe in the importance of testing and retesting. “There's no final destination to greatness…you just keep getting better until you get there and keep going.” He also believes in the value of continued fitness education and works hard towards higher learning.

Tammy Wheeler Adams has been a personal trainer for more than six years.Tammy is a graduate of Florida State University, a certified personal trainer with The American Council on Exercise and a certified level 1 Crossfit Coach. Tammy has experience working with a very diverse range of clientele ranging from the age of 11 to 88 years old. Tammy has helped many clients lose more than 30 to 100 pounds. Tammy utilizes movement based training to help clients achieve their goals whether that is to lose body fat, gain muscle or improve overall fitness performance. When it comes to philosophies on fitness, Tammy believes that you only get one body, why not push it towards new physical boundaries, eat clean and learn to make proper lifestyle adjustments to live a happier and healthier life?

Kurt Adams has over 10 years of personal training experience combined with a deep knowledge and understanding of corrective exercise and strength training. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia Southern as well as the highly coveted nationally recognized CSCS. Kurt is committed to physically challenging and educating all individuals as they achieve and maximize their full potential defined by their personal goals. Adams specialty areas include: Functional Training, Sports Specific Training, Weight Loss, Strength Training and Corrective Exercise.
ADAM RAY LEE
CERTIFICATIONS: NASM CPT, CES, FRCMS, FMS Level 1
Adam comes to Fitness by Fronk with 6 years of personal, group, and team training experience. He holds a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT) as well as a specialization in corrective exercise (NASM CES). In addition, Adam is level 1 certified in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS level 1) and he is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms). FRC is newer style of training that focuses on 3 things simultaneously- mobility development, joint strength, and body control. Those 3 aspects make an FRCms valuable to anyone, whether your goal is weight loss, strength gain, or performance.
In addition to certifications, Adam has attended several lectures hosted by Perform Better with some of the top trainers and strength coaches in the country. He's also completed 8 hours of kettlebell training through StrongFirst.

Lindsay Corzine is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association. Corzine has more than two years of training experience and as a mother of two, understands the balance and discipline it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle. Lindsay has helped numerous clients lose body fat, add lean muscle mass, but most importantly, gain confidence. Lindsay is an avid runner, weight lifter and believes strength training, eating clean and proper recovery are the keys to a strong foundation for both the body and the mind. Lindsay's mantra is get uncomfortable to get comfortable, which she applies to her training modality on a daily basis.
CERTIFICATIONS: XPS, CSCS, MASTERS- APPLIED PHYSIOLOGY AND KINESIOLOGY
TJ Gavlik is from Hong Kong, China where he lived until the age of 18. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2008 and attended the University of North Florida, where he played baseball for the Ospreys. Gavlik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from UNF as well as a Master’s Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. Gavlik is a Certified EXOS Performance Specialist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditoning Coach. He has a passion for connecting with people and strives to help his clients achieve not only their fitness goal, but their personal goals as well.
CERTIFICATIONS: PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS
Dr. Haak graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1996 and subsequently earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida in 2016. He is certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and possesses a MTC (Manual Therapy Certification) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Dr. Haak is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys running, strength training, and functional training. He is also a USA Football Heads Up certified tackle football coach, Director of coaching, and player safety coach for a youth football organization.
Dr. Haak emphasizes the safe progression of exercise and improving fitness levels with “weak link training.” He has enjoyed working with clients through various stages of life and ability and coaching them to stay active and maximizing health.
