Certifications: Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida, ACSM EP-C

As a graduate from the University of North Florida’s undergrad Exercise Science program and certified Exercise Physiologists from the American College of Sports Medicine, I have a solid foundation in the scientific and research perspectives on exercise and am passionate about delivering systematic, scientifically-based workouts for basketball players of all skill levels and ambitions.

As a 3-year varsity point guard, I was undersized, un-athletic, and needed an edge. Performance training became my competitive edge, allowing me to run faster, jump higher, play longer, and compete against top high school, and eventual NBA players, like Grayson Allen.

Now, that competitive edge has turned into a passion for developing basketball players into better athletes. Training high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for 3+ years, the need for scientific, systematic, and consistent performance programs that add inches to vertical jumps, create more explosive first steps, and reduce players risk for injuries is at an all-time high, and that is exactly what I will bring.
