Fitness by Fronk's one-on-one training service provides a detailed focus and attention to your individually tailored workout program.
This program is designed just for you based on your goals and needs. You will receive personal attention every step of the way. We will monitor your progress, challenge you, and adjust your workout as your needs change or your abilities increase.
Our semi-private training, or boot camp, services typically include 2-5 individuals sharing an intense workout session. These workouts are better suited for those that are more experienced with an exercise routine, and are a more affordable alternative to the individual hourly rates.
Fitness by Fronk offers cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance drills, interval training and our personal training also includes nutrition education. Nutrition is the area of our fitness plans that include customized food plans, behavior modification and guidance, weekly follow-up and goal setting, all of which are tailored to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
A great deal of attention goes into developing safe, yet effective exercise programs that are appropriate to each individual's level of fitness. Special needs clients, i.e. diabetes, obesity, hypertension, osteoporosis, etc, receive effective training programs that are designed to help reduce these associated symptoms. Safety and injury prevention are our highest importance and concern.
