FITNESS BY FRONK NOW HAS A POWERFUL YOGA PROGRAM BUILT FOR YOU!
Join us Thursday July 10th at 7 p.m. at our Ponte Vedra location and enjoy a complimentary "Yoga for Athletes" class and kick off the celebration to our new yaga classes taught by Monica Dominiak, yoga coach, host and writer of the yoga inspired television show, The Willow.
Monica has amassed years of yoga training through her extensive travel experiences. Having studied traditional forms of the art of yoga, Monica's international experiences have exposed her to other disciplines such as Tai Chi, Qigong and martial arts. She draws upon these influences and threads them through her signature yoga approach adding breathing therapy and meditation as key components to the practice.
Aligning energy movement, breathing and meditation, Monica's yoga methodology is a healing practice that cultivates balance, strength, mobility, flexibility and a focused mind. From the seasoned athlete to the blooming novice, her classes will benefit body, mind and soul.

Monday: Yoga for Athletes 6 to 7 p.m.
Tuesday:Yoga for Athletes 6 to 7 p.m., Restoration Yoga 7 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday: Yoga for Athletes 6 to 7 p.m.
Thursday: Yoga for Athletes 6 to 7 p.m., Restoration Yoga 7 to 8 p.m.
Friday: Yoga 6 to 7 p.m.
Saturday: Yoga 10 a.m.
