Jeffrey Fronk
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Jeff grew up very active in sports and highly motivated by the overall healthy feeling and mental attitude that one achieves through continuous, proper exercise and nutrition. In 1984, Jeff capitalized on his strong desire to work in the health fitness industry and moved to Florida to follow this dream.
After living and working in Orlando, FL for Disney's Wide World of Sports, Jeff moved to New York, accepting a position with the New York Jets football team. Soon after he was recruited by the Jacksonville Jaguars at which time he accepted and relocated back to Florida. Jeff has 4 years of experience training in the NFL and AFL football leagues.
During the off-season in Jacksonville, Jeff worked as the fitness director of Glen Kernan Country Club where he established and initiated their fitness program and facility. He then sought out to pursue his passion of opening a unique, top-of-the-line personal training studio.
After years of dedication and hard work, Jeff successfully opened his first studio in 2003. Jeff has most recently engaged as Vijay Singh's personal trainer and seeks to help many in the area and golf industry meet their personal and professional fitness goals at Fitness by Fronk.
Dustin Swinney
Dustin Swinney is a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Titleist Performance Institute level one certified coach. With nearly 10 years of experience in multiple fields within the fitness industry, Swinney brings a diverse integration of different types of training dependent on the need of the client.
Tammy Adams
Tammy Wheeler Adams has been a personal trainer for more than six years.Tammy is a graduate of Florida State University, a certified personal trainer with The American Council on Exercise and a certified level 1 Crossfit Coach. Tammy has experience working with a very diverse range of clientele ranging from the age of 11 to 88 years old. Tammy has helped many clients lose more than 30 to 100 pounds. Tammy utilizes movement based training to help clients achieve their goals whether that is to lose body fat, gain muscle or improve overall fitness performance. When it comes to philosophies on fitness, Tammy believes that you only get one body, why not push it towards new physical boundaries, eat clean and learn to make proper lifestyle adjustments to live a happier and healthier life?
Scott Haak
Scott Haak has been a licensed Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer for more than 18 years with a focus on helping clients with previous injuries train smarter. Scott started his education at Eastern Illinois University and received his Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1996. Haak is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of South Florida. Haak received Academic appointment as an Instructor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in 2008. Scott also received a Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine in 2001 and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Haak has always been active playing Rugby in college, currently competing in running and triathlon events. Scott strives to keep clients active focusing on weak link training and working around injuries.
Kurt Adams
Kurt Adams has over 10 years of personal training experience combined with a deep knowledge and understanding of corrective exercise and strength training. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia Southern as well as the highly coveted nationally recognized CSCS. Kurt is committed to physically challenging and educating all individuals as they achieve and maximize their full potential defined by their personal goals. Adams specialty areas include: Functional Training, Sports Specific Training, Weight Loss, Strength Training and Corrective Exercise.
ADAM RAY LEE
Adam Ray Lee is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM CES). Lee attended the University of North Florida where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, while assisting in the management of the Osprey men's basketball team. Lee has worked with a variety of clients ranging from weight loss, youth and professional athletes. His life and training motto is never give up and he instills that attitude into everyone he trains.
Lindsay Corzine
Lindsay Corzine is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association. Corzine has more than two years of training experience and as a mother of two, understands the balance and discipline it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle. Lindsay has helped numerous clients lose body fat, add lean muscle mass, but most importantly, gain confidence. Lindsay is an avid runner, weight lifter and believes strength training, eating clean and proper recovery are the keys to a strong foundation for both the body and the mind. Lindsay's mantra is get uncomfortable to get comfortable, which she applies to her training modality on a daily basis.
TJ GAVLIK
TJ Gavlik is from Hong Kong, China where he lived until the age of 18. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2008 and attended the University of North Florida, where he played baseball for the Ospreys. Gavlik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from UNF as well as a Master’s Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. Gavlik is a Certified EXOS Performance Specialist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditoning Coach. He has a passion for connecting with people and strives to help his clients achieve not only their fitness goal, but their personal goals as well.
