Power Up Your Golf Swing with Fronk

In the golf swing the hips, the core, and the hamstrings are all key to generate power!! 

Great exercise to strengthen all these areas is the one legged glute bridge. Perform 10 sets of 10 reps 3 times per week for power and injury prevention. If needed you can also add resistence to the one legged glute bridge.
